Reminders and Remembrances Using Flower Essences

In my Goddess Circle, “The Path of Beauty”, we are focusing on “bringing in” Light, Love, Understanding and Inner & Outer Beauty within & without. Our appreciation for our own Beauty raises our consciousness, we are Lighter, more Joyful. Our Self-Love allows us to more freely share love with others- 

 LOVE- The true substance of The Goddess/God.

A note on flower essence therapy, “Nature’s Vitamins for the Emotions” 


 Working with flower essences and gem elixirs is a glorious holistic path, supportive and in sync with other holistic healing modalities. Sometimes we, I, forget how to get the most “value” from taking our essences, thus a short reminder…. 

In order to choose the best “most efficient” group of essences for your aim, first choose the most important issue you are working with, of course issues can overlap, but have a clear idea of the way “you’d like to be/feel etc.” after taking your essences for about a month. 

 Next, create an affirmation to support you in your higher vision. 

Examples: “As I work clearly and decisively on my goals and action steps, I become lighter, stronger, more at ease.” Or “As I release the past, the fresh, the new, the vital enter. 

Next choose between 1 and 5 essences which support your main goal. I recommend taking one essence at a time for two days to get to “meet” them individually, so if you chose 5 essences, by day 11 you take all of them, either a few drops by mouth directly or in water or tea. You can use your essences topically on pulse points or in the bath. 

Keep a Journal: As you begin, write your affirmation and hold that vision in your heart/mind. Journaling should be fun, no pressure, as long as you simply check in every day. Perhaps pay attention to the moon phases, or the weather, or humidity to see how these factors influence you. I always feel “better” on the full moon and more sensitive and emotional on the new moon. 

Make a strong effort to stay aware/awake: Everything that’s happening in your life, from how your knee feels to dissolution of relations is connected. And is meant to happen. Focus on the positive!

 OUR PART IS TO STAY IN THE LIGHT, REALIZE WE ARE WORKING ON OUR (AND OTHERS) ASCENTION PROCESS. LOVE! AND DON’T CRITICIZE OURSELVES. USE ALL THE TOOLS WE HAVE IN OUR”MEDICINE BAGS” AND KEEP MOVING OUR ENERGY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN A NEGATIVE STATE. SAY YOUR AFFIRMATION, USE YOUR ESSENCES AND SPIRITUAL AND EXERCISE PRACTICES TO MOVE YOUR ENERGY AND IN NO TIME YOU HAVE DISTANCED THE NEGATIVITY AND ARE FREEING YOURSELF OF OLD USELESS PATTERNS OF THOUGHT AND BEHAVIOR. IN A FLASH, WE ARE IN A BETTER, MORE LOVING PLACE. 

ALWAYS REMEMBER, A WALK IN THE PARK, NOW THE CORNUCOPIA OF ALL THINGS AUTUMN, WITH BLESSINGS OF FALL FLOWERS SHIFTING AND SHAPING IN THE COOL WINDS OF SOON-TO-COME CHILLY WINTER. 

AFFIRM: 

 EVERY DAY IS A GIFT
